If you were to get sued for something you didn't do, but there was doctored evidence to point that you did it and it looked like you might end up going to jail, what would you do?

I would have an affidavit to verify my claims and I would just hope that the forensic scientists and investigators will really do their best to prove my claims. I wonder if this case is supported in the Revised Penal Code.
