EXPERIENCE
Experience is the full consciousness of awareness with the use of cognitive capabilities and perceptions sourced from sensory stimulation. Every experience is subjectively individualistic with uniqueness based on the egocentric perspective. It is a cognate inherence as it can be profound. It is profound because it is embedded in the essence of our beings as a person. It is unique because no experience can be exactly replicated due to the fact that those experiences are owned not borrowed. This is what makes experiences personal.
Now, why would one experiences cannot be replicated? We are not only designed to be unique, but we ought to really really feel the gist of uniqueness deep in our cores of our beings. What I am saying here, is we internalize them as our own. We can only attempt to get an "idea" of the experience but not the experience itself. Why? Because experiences are founded on 4 components which are Memory, Emotions, Beliefs and Attitude. These 4 varies from person to person and dependent on the unique history of the individual.
Our consciousness can never be truly connected with the consciousness of other people, because of the uniqueness. Imagine yourself experiencing the exact same thing the other person is experiencing with no differences at all and the consciousnesses are connected. This means that the other person owns that exact experience but it doesn't mean you own it as well, because you would be stigmatized as a "experiential parasite". What I mean is, to feel those exact experiences.
In fact, something similar is happening. In this world, we've got copycats and imitators. It is fine for people to imitate because they learn from observations which is proposed by Psychologist Albert Bandura in his Social Learning Theory. Unless they break away from the status quo of imitation and conformity, they will not define their identity or to establish their individuality. However, if they imitate not for learning or inspiring, then they go on to imitate through dependency not to establish their individuality.
We would feel the exact feelings of other people that would define their identity if our consciousnesses were connected. Those feelings wouldn't define our identity because those are not ours and in fact, we would be very negligent on our own feelings and experiences. Now, that would be too dull without such diversity. I would like to note that empathy is not the replication of exact feelings and emotions, but rather similar feelings and emotions. There are too many feelings we feel every single day and sometimes these feelings have no names therefore making it unique and indescribable. This leads to a condition called Alexithymia, which means "Without words for emotions." I am not saying that this is a serious disorder, it depends on the emotional intelligence of the individual to identify such feelings or emotions.
How would you explain pleasure to an anhedonic or the taste of sweetness or saltiness to an ageusic or the smell of rose to an ansomic or the colors to the congenitally blind or music to the congenitally deaf? It is difficult because no words can make them understand and create an idea based on these sensory deficiencies. Therefore, experiences cannot be replicated and it could sometimes be a frustration.
BEING
Philosophically speaking, feeling is actually being and it means that you are simply being yourself and that it is the justification of your authentic existence. That is the purpose why we exist. Being, contrary to doing, is what makes people people. This is the answer of the question "Who am I?" What we feel at a certain moment dictates our individuality. I am referring to both emotional and physical feelings.
Emotions are more powerful extrinsically in a sense that it is empirical in nature (in a sense that it is observable through facial expressions and gestures) and it induces empathy, but feelings are more powerful intrinsically because it is essential in our beings. It is innate and the eradication of such is learned. It is eradicated through abuse and invalidation which is why many people have low EQ.
To feel is to be and to be is to feel comfortable in your own body. Feel yourself. Feel your body. Feel your Chi (Eastern idea of energy) flowing throughout your body. Go feel your feelings and feel proud that you are feeling yourself at its essence because that is who you are. If you feel good and proud about yourself, you will feel the self-cathexis (Self-investment of emotional and mental energy) of authentic love, therefore you love yourself.
Our feelings and experiences are the essential justifications of our reality and our identity and the essential establishments of our individuality as a person. Remember, we are human beings not human doings.
I therefore say "Sentio Ergo Sum", which means "I feel therefore I am" and this now my philosophy in life.
